Betwenn car toys and toy guns my basket was stuffed in pot and pans, I was 5 years old beside my italian nonna trying to shape her fresh pasta.
Joined the best hospitality school in Rome the real journey started and at 15 years old I touched my first real chef's kinfe "job" as a trainee in a breathtaking "Relais & Chateaux" monastery in the countryside.
Graduated in 2005 the train has been stopping in several restaurants and hotels all over the city and never stopped until then.
Next stop.. London, in 2015 my skills and ambition bought me in United Kingdom where I didn't wait to "make the difference" in all the companies I worked for.
Now, with over 20 years of experience I created my portfolio to help businesses to grow or empower their potential, teach or guide future chefs and amateurs or taking care of your special moments with my private dining experiences.
